Ty Murrey, but the hardest thing ( bar none) that I ever acheived was to quit smoking. I smoked heavily for 23 years and finally was able to lay them down. I quit smoking 6 years before I got sober. Firing up a `joint` helped on that issue , but it was still veryyyyyyy difficult. Of course I dont smoke pot anymore either. Jamie
