The Financials look atrocious! 1.2 Billion in debt with ~400 million in Preferreds redeemable in April 2010. Wholesaling minutes through a Terrestrial Provider¿¿¿¿¿ We've seen that business plan end up in Bankruptcy a couple of times. PCSTEL
