I made sourdough bread yesterday, and sourdough pancakes this morning. No bananas, though. We freeze the peels and plant them under our flowers. It makes them really grow flowers! Lots of Potassium. My wife doesn't share my enthusiasm for the outdoors, but she keeps calling me Cowboy. She wasn't too impressed when I pushed about a hundred cows ahead of my truck in Ross's Hole. She said cowboys don't shoo cows, they herd them. Whatever. They got out of the way after about a mile.
