My wife volunteers at a local library in the socialist republic of montgomery county. She's only been there a few weeks. At her branch,like all of them, so far she has met 6 middle management people (that make 60-100k) one is in charge of media/advertizing, the freaking building has Library on the front and a couple of signs on the street, what does he do. The other 5 have other useless jobs. They have 3 librarians, job starts at 123,000. About 6-8 counter people, I guess 35-55,000. They have about 30-50 customers a day, more on Sat.

The county probably has 30 or more branches. This does not include the admin people in Rockville in the library division.

What a waste of money
