I don't think he minds if he is banned from threads... so in that regard, yep, he follows it. If he goes to a thread to poke and gets banned, he is done unto as he would do to a poker.

beyond thread banning here, I doubt you know a thing about how he treats his fellow persons, anymore than I know how you do.
