Hi Shirley,

I'm not so sure about the wording of that first paragraph... What are they describing when they say that: "No shares registered in the name of a Member or his nominee, but not beneficially owned by the Member, shall be voted or a proxy to vote the shares given..."?? Does someone wish to clarify this point??

I would just add that I've held various stocks and I've always received ballots, proxy forms, etc... without having to request them...
