Are you suggesting I should be embarrassed to have conservative freinds??? (that was a joke). but respect... my goodness, now that is a fine thing. someone finds me 'boring'. but see.. that's the thing. yes, there are people on 'another side' who are rude. perhaps awful. but 'tis true on 'this side'. it isn't about the sides or the beliefs, but about who people are and how they treat others. an asshole is an asshole, pardon my language, regardless of their political views. someone here is being quite nasty to me. so what? that should say nothing about the others here are being quite kind and decent. Perhaps I could suggest MM or Ish stand up for me, but they know I can take care of myself. and they respect me enough to leave me to it.
