Yawn.

You aren't my manager. I don't punch a clock, and I don't work 8 to 5, Mon. through Friday. As long as my work meets specs and standards and is on time or early, I have a lot of freedom short of criminal behavior.

I guess you don't have much experience working with professionals, do you?
