let california watch the woods and houses burn while no figher fighters come because there is no money. let them ride on crumbling roads. let their children go to schools that lower and lower standards. yep, prop 13 is/was grand. not. become Alabama. or worse yet, Mississippi. welcome to the 3rd world in america. anyone not want to pay taxes? get the hell out of CA and move to Alabama and let California become the light it was, don't drag down a shining state.
