Gary: You are correct. Vicker's Insider Trade Data for ASCEND COMMUNICATIONS INC shows that last time Mory sold shares was on Feb 3, 1997. Date Name Title B/S Shares Price # Held 02/03 EJABAT, MORY PR Sell 134341 60.000 26912 Remember, Mory get most of his bonus package through options and deferred stocks. So I am actually surprised to see him not selling stock in recent 8 months. ( CSCO's honcho Chamber sells almost periodically as most of tech CEOs.) I think Xiang Cheng was referring to Oct 20th of 1996. satish kamat
