Yes, in part....so now what will happen when energy prices go up across the board due to Obama policies to decrease domestic supply and tax the life out of our producers of cheap and realistic sources of powering the nation? Surely, even you can figure that out given your great knowledge of inflation.

Obama = Katrina response futility X 1000s.....if something is failing seems we want to steroid it up....get more and greater failure for our trillions, so to speak.
