so where is your beef with bush's well known lack of intelligence? how about mccain? a C student that only got into military school b/c of daddy waddy? Dumb compared to what?? Kerry's IQ was lower then Bush's. I'm not trying to defend them, but simply saying "everybody knows he's dumb" is pretty empty. Remember Bill Clinton supposedly being "The smartest President we've ever had"?? He did have a higher IQ then most of his contemporaries. On his watch we killed Glass-Steagall. Rubin held sway at Treasury. Greenspan was retained at the Fed. How smart was that?? At this point, I think I'd rather have a guy who's got ordinary intelligence, some common sense, a skeptical nature, and where the press didn't simply run around on all fours begging to be patted on the head. Go ahead, call me a racist; won't change the reality though.
