One, RW doesn't really ever want any drilling near FL ... ever. The price has nothing to do with it. Not even natural gas. Two, companies have investments to earn returns on. Simply hoarding everything forever earns you nothing. And money you make today, you can reinvest. Its not like you can't find more oil.
