That issue has bounced around a lot in the last 40 or so years but with the decline of our salmon stocks in B.C. and Washington and it's resulting effects on our declining Killer Whale population the province, state and the Federal Governments are now very, very close to declaring our resident Killer Whale pods critically endangered.

When that happens (I'm very confident it will) forget oil exploration and development on any waters of B.C. and Washington State.

This is a very hot button issue here since the population of KW's is at critically low levels now.
