GP: There is no sale of stock so there is no vote on this deal. Why? Would you vote no and let CC sit idle until gold got back to $380 and we moved into a bull market? Not realistic. Take a look at the JV arrangements of most juniors with senior JV partners paying the bill to explore and develop the junior's properties. You'll find arrangments very similar to this one. Terry
