In most cases, credit bubbles are followed by deflation. Argentina is a rare exception; Japan - and perhaps the US - the latest example.

B. undoubtedly knows this.

The credit bubble was widespread globally. Deflation may therefore also be a global affair this time around.

Throw in a few hundred trillion in derivate exposure into the mix and things don't look very good, do they?
