We begin today to introduce as evolution within our own training; the discussion and examination of the enabling role played by Compartmentalisation.........

As students of systems we grow our characterization skills.
We began with Reg FD redefined it too Rubiks News, and further, to the inclusive utilization of RO/RS=CF.

Now, we make the next necessary adjustment, moving into a thorough understanding of the utility of compartmentalisation, with respect to particulars of characterization about systems of systems.

Compartmentalisation is the structure, which admits plausible deny ability into the matrix.

Plausible Deny Ability, has been a familiar term for some time, but it has never been so important as it is today.

Understanding Compartmentalisations link with plausible deny ability, explains how these constructs function in support of systems that we now know; "Are Never Doing; What they Say they are"

A system is never doing what its says it is, because of compartmentalisation. The Matrix of grid compartments separated one from the another, all operating according to a need to know basis, produces faulty output as the routine of any systems sensory organs, which rely upon the utility of positive feedback.

Its in the separation by way of specialization, rank, and utility of placement on a time line, that defines the boundaries of a compartments day to day life.

Under compartmentalisation, each compartment must trust the other compartment. whenever scrutiny arrives or is applied, by interloping necessity, compartmates may be reasonably certain by way of systemic trust and assumption, that each compartment, is up to a given task, at a given time, and when it isnt, the subject compartmate shall be subject to reassignment.

Thus compartmates assume that everything in thier compartment and those of the others, is structured with sufficient axioms, to legitimize participation, and justification of issuance, of the compartment.

Compartmentalisation, is built around halftrust and halftruth as passed throughout the compartmental composite on a need to know basis.

Compartmentalisation, embraces the net sum limitations of all particular compartments, as efficient.

Compartmentalisation, provides constraints necessary to sustain compliance and forward plausible deny ability.

Compartmental hierarchies are subject to audit within the limitation of a compartments title.

Compartmentalists, depend on the need to know, to allocate compartmates to tasks. Compromises encountered within the chaotic day to day operations of compartmates, "who may not be doing, what they say they are" rarely affect observable system appearances due to the unidirectional character of intra system communications.

Compartmentalist systems require higher order secrecy.....
Higher order secrecy, provides supra system defense, when change of any template is required.

Compatmental Secrecy is a function of Time as much as it is about information.

The rumor function within the composite whole, produces friction but retreats when observed.

Admittedly these are rough draft observations subject to change, but for today, they shall mark another beginning of another level within our story.
