A zygote is human dna as contrasted with the notion of a distinct person. It could become twins so it is certainly not even a distinct homo sapien life form at conception. And it is most certainly not a person. At the very least a human person has a head and blood vessels not to mention a functioning nervous system, etc.
A hair follicle from my nose mated with a donor egg has potential to become not only a human person but a charming and wonderful human person--sexy, cultivated, and urbane. No it doesn't. When the fetus becomes a human person in exiting the womb and living apart from the mother and without any biological sharing the dependency becomes strictly social. The child discontinues the subjugation of the mothers biological medium. The physical needs of the child at this point can be addressed by any competent adult with or without a womb.
