Added VZ at 29.80. I think they will grow steadily despite 10-20% stock fluctations. Target is $35 by year's end.

70% cash. Oil going down 10% from recent highs. If they talk another stimulus bill, it will go back.

The cash for clunkers is an odd program. They have to destroy the cars that are traded in for new cars.
