Peril...LOL. Boy oh boy, Ground Zero sure summed up Koan on that philosophy thread! His complaints concerning Koan sound just like mine. Not surprising, of course.

I'd say Koan doesn't know how much he agrees with Ayn Rand when he writes "...no one had to live their lives by another's rules. Every person had the right to manifest their own destiny as they saw fit, and seek self actualization, as long as they did not hurt anyone," but he's so inconsistent he doesn't recognize his own thoughts in her words. In fact, of course, he just called her words which were wholly compatible with his own words quoted above, "sociopathic."

I think the peril in arguing with Koan is the ridicule one might receive for wasting time with an essentially unresponsive writer.
