I wrote them a letter about yesterdays and they
sent me some BS form letter asking me all kinds of questions about my
equipment and connection.(I also sent them an angry letter about today
which was much worse) What Bull! I was on the Dowjones and NASDAQ
sites Motley Fool Individual Investor sites plus keeping up
with my email with no problems and then they send an email back to me
and making out the problem is on my end, that's what pisses me off. It like
the standard broker telling "oh the line was busy you should check your
phone company cause the problem must be on your end" Bull!

yup, I think they've sent me that same letter stating that perhaps something went wrong on my end of the line and not their's, and they listed out what could be wrong w/my end NEVER acknowledging that they are anyway at fault, that was just a month or 2 ago, i got pissed so i didnt send them a reply.

Today, was bad couldn't get in at all from open till 10min till close, so i just gave up and stop trying to dial in.
