I know you asked me not to post to you, but you need to know that PRTI is in the process of cleaning out this shell entirely, for the purposes of starting anew with some new enterprise.

No one has been able to tell me what that new enterprise might be, or when it may happen, or who might be involved.

For the moment, PRTI appears to be in no business at all. Hopefully, that will change soon, for all shareholder's benefit.

And you are right in your assessment of the MVPH situation. It would seem unlikely that RMIL has any real claim to your stock dividend.
