Gary Ng, I am back at the ranch gg just now.I am just starting to read this mornings thread!! gg and I am starting with you.I don't know what everybody wrote but it will be fun! Too many posts so I don't know if I can go through all. Busy day for me; I forgot to charge Quotrek so I was folowing the biggest 1 day volume thruogh intermittent calls to broker;lousy way to enjoy this great day.Only comfort was that I had
already finished all my Xmas shopping yesterday gg and all I had to do is sit back today and let the dice roll!!Re:Hong Kong: I don't know the true answer. You can make a point for fixed rates. It is a last stand towards money raiders and country destabilizers. If HK wins it will be a long time before Soros returns. When this is over, if HK wins, the Nation will move forward again. The added benefit is that hopefully the excesses of their bull market of 6 months will be rememberd and not repeated for their good. I don't think devaluing is good because that kills economies, confidence, for a very long time.
I would probably stick it out.A caveat: I don't know all the fine details of HK's economy/market.
