This isn't a new class-action; it's just been extended in scope to those who bought up to a week ago.

That sounds fair to me, as CTYS refused to make any public statements, and we still don't know what's going on.

I've already sent e-mail to this law firm telling them to add my name to the list. Maybe I'll get a buck or two for my mental anguish.

I don't like these blood-sucking leaches (lawyers) who'll probably take a big chunk out of any settlement, but there's no excuse for CTYS to have treated shareholders the way they have.
