VNW, I think you are correct as to the 19mm shares. They exist and are outstanding, just not saleable now. As for the shares under the option plans, future grants do represent dilution, but that is a much smaller number in the near future. Unfortunately, E*Trade won't figure out where to borrow shares until the 19mm are floating and it's too late (I got the same message when I tried to short today). Maybe the MMs will orchestrate another squeeze to push it up just in time for these holders to sell. Don, sorry to wish such a thing on you, but... BTW Don, I think you are confusing these shares with the possibility of a secondary (which I don't see a real need for soon). Happy hunting tomorrow. Today reminds me of a particulary telling market sentiment... complacency. Just too many people willing to jump in the minute the market's 10% down. Bob
