In reference to the Nafta suit, it would seem to me that the closer we get to Jan. 12, 1998 (date by which Mexico must respond) the more likely that we will see a settlement. I base this on the simple belief that it would be beneficial to both sides rather than risk the outcome of the panel - each has too much to lose.

With this in mind what would the settlement be like? My gut feeling tells me that we can forget anything close to the $90 million. However, maybe a cash settlement along with the opening of the site would give this stock the pop we need. I guess what I,m trying to say is things could be looking up real soon. Please point out any flaws to this scenario.
