The time is right ? good things will be coming!! but when?

Meanwhile not getting anywhere this week except down in my PF.
With a longer term perspective of any kid it is not hard to look at a lot of current prices as bargains. the next few weeks I remain a lot less certain and not convinced news will produce
the desired effect or that stocks with good news can hold the gains for any length of time.
