The Seybold DTP Conference next week (11-13 Sept) should give ADBE
a boost. I remember walking around the convention floor last year
and being very impressed by Adobe's presence, even amid the likes
of Microsoft and Apple. There were red shirts EVERYWHERE!

IMHO, the MMX chip is what many potential PC buyers (like me) who
are accustomed to the speed and power of UNIX workstations have
been waiting to get off the fence and buy. It's introduction
will also likely push down the prices of entry-level PC's, which
in turn will fan the ever-expanding base of PC owners out there,
and thus more people will wake up (like I did last year) and
recognize what a bargain ADBE is below $50/share.

I see ADBE going as high as $48 before it's good news gets
overshadowed by a brief scare in the overall market (in late
October) that will make any good news seem like pissing into
a firehose. $55 by next April should be no problem, ceteris paribus.
