Which *might* allow her to succeed in GOP primaries, (primaries, of course, in both parties draw more polarized and partisan voters then the general electorate...), ASSUMING that her opposition (Romney, Pawlenty, Huckabee, etc.) doesn't cut her up too badly first.....

But does she appeal to general voters at the margins?

(Latest numbers seem to show a very Hilary-like polarization --- high negatives and positives, for Palin.)

Personally, I couldn't care less if she runs or doesn't run... but I have a hard time as a handicapper seeing any possible way for her to win a national election....
