Add to China's strength in nuclear power the countries that they are allied with----i.e. North Korea for instance and other countries that China has supported. Collectively, their balance in nuclear power would far outweigh America's. Obama needs to learn that there are two sides to defense of the free world----offense and defense. Stripping our possibilities is not Peace Through Strength----it is a recipe in the long term for disaster if not in the more immediate short term. It would be a different picture if Obama were going to Russia with the support of the nation. There has been no national dialogue. Obama has preempted the American people having a role in the discussion while he pushes through in America his socialist agenda of nationalizing the automobile industry and socializing medicine. mj
