You're sidestepping. Don't pull a less and pretend you didn't screw up. No, I am not. If the lawyers were not working on Palin's cases then they can clear the backlog of other cases, and the sooner that they can lay one or more of them off, or the Palin's cases may have meant the addition of more lawyers on their staff. I never backed off of the fact that it is appropriate to use the pay of permanent staff as part of the cost.
