In fact, renewable energy projects represent almost all of the growth in energy supplies over the last few years. There has been very little growth in coal. So it seems that even during the Bush administration, utilities were more convinced that renewable energy is where they should put their investments for the future. The whole world knows where the future is, except for the GOP. Small wonder they are no longer in power.
