Its exciting today if you are following GM exiting chapter 11 here. The fact is that GM lost $80 billion over the last seven years? They have about 500 million shares out standing. So, present stockholders are protected by bankruptcy court of the residual value of tax loss carry over at IRS. How the old stock pan out depends on Henderson's management. Its a long way from $1?
