Bob, I'm not confusing these shares with a secondary. However I believe that you will see some insider selling and some shares being sold to raise cash for the company, if not now, withing the next year. Even a million shares added to the float will kill this stock. People seem to also forget more competition is likely to start up soon. I'm not sure what will trigger the decline, but it will happen. BTW- I have deep enough pockets an can withstand a squeeze (which I admit might happen). I am quite comfortable being short on the stock. Like I said in other posts, don't bet the farm either way on AMZN.
