OT - Do you have any idea what controlled demolition of a building involves? Every structural support must be exposed and charges directly affixed in many positions. It all must be wired and set off with micro-second precision. It takes months to set up and many miles of wire. It's lunacy to think a 1000' tall building could be secretly set up for controlled demolition. It would have been much, much easier to take out a single key support and have the thing topple over. Knocking down tall buildings is not that hard. Making them implode to control collateral damage is extremely hard. Think about it.
