Can't disagree with you about Apple's target market, but I do feel obligated to point out that, for whatever reason, Apple's missing about 90% of the market. Perhaps our favorite corporation needs to get fiddly with their product spread. Miracle Whip is a great business, but there's other money to be made covering whole wheat as well.
