Bill Clinton actually brought his troubles down on himself.

I'd hardly compare romps with a beefy mistress in a blue dress under the desk in the Oval Office, a string of bimbos and other assorted victims of his overactive glands, and lying under oath with having more than 2.1 children, including a Downs child, hunting moose or fishing salmon, attending 3 or 4 non-Ivy League colleges, and even firing a trooper who inappropriately threatens people with guns.

Would you?

IMO, the only thing that compares the two is that Bill was a proponent of sexism and was given a pass by women's groups whereas Palin (and his own wife, for that matter) were victims of sexism and, in the case of Palin, not stood up for by women's groups.
