we need to really blast the brokers who failed us.
If you were able to get any kind of good access to
make trades over the last 2 days please tell me where
your account is.

Fidelity Web Express was just about completely worthless for the
last 2 days. I had trouble getting thru on the phone.
Last night at 10-12 pm pacific time, was on hold with
rat-shit message forever, gave up after 20 minutes.

They and every other broker who failed to provide adequate
access to the markets in our time of deepest need deserve
to lose many accounts. I strongly urge you to complain
VERY loudly. I will do that & am also looking to move
my account. I always figured Fidelity was big enough
to have enough telecom & computer equipment. But they
totally sucked over the last 2 days. No way i want to
give them a second chance!!!
