CIA stands for Central Intelligence Agency.

Kenneth, it isn't 'intelligence' if everyone in Congress knows.

There is always a staffer on the hill or a Congressman that would gladly compromise our intelligence and defense of this nation.

What was being referred to in that article appears to be a prototype program in CIA that never was brought to fruition or full use.

Pelosi is attempting to protect her own turf----attempting to protect her political power.
