Serge,

Are you suggesting LSI is not planning to buy back 5 million shares? If ever there was a time to buy it back one would think now is the time.

Is there any way of finding out that they did what they committed too? It certainly would be bearish for LSI if they weren't in there yesterday and today buying their stocks.

Also, don't companies that have stock plans and option plans need to buy stock to satisfy these requirements?
