i'd agree with steve Trufflette. we did all our trades at the price asked with no wait time - we too are a "small" brokerage house owned by a much bigger well-known name house, but sometimes fulltime brokers are worth their commission weight, especially on days like today. we choose our clients though. good luck to you. just make sure that when you place a trade with a small firm that you stay on the phone line with them until they confirm the order - otherwise if they have ten trades to punch, they may punch yours at the end
