You really just HAVE to wonder about the intelligence of some people.

Was walking to a new WalMart they built about a mile away. There are some restaurants and strip malls also in this area, which was a large field a few years ago. The main restaurant has already closed and 2/3 the strip mall space has never been leased. The WalMart does a so-so business at best. Now they are building a Meijers right next door to the WalMart (Meijers is the regional equivalent of a WalMart). I would much rather shop at Meijers than WalMart but WHAT THE F#@( are these people thinking? The nearby condominium complex is over one third empty (lockboxes and eviction notices everywhere) and there are at most 200 residences within a mile radius of the area.
