The only economists I've heard who supported this insane spending are leftwing nutjobs like Krugman. No serious economist supports it.

Then you don't read much. The vast majority of economist said it was too little.

What, you think we should have lowered interest rates below zero to solve Bush's depression? You don't have a clue... there were no other bullets left thanks to Bush.
