The new corporation from MPA is the one that exits chapter 11. The old corporation has yet to be liquidated or enter into chapter 7. So, there maybe many twist and turns. Tax loss carry over may be worth 10 cents on the dollar, if all the assets liquidated exceeds liability including reduced bond values agreed by bondholders.

Who knows except following bankruptcy notifications. There might be some assets lost in the cracks too. When trustee enters into this picture, they will discover any assets lost in the cracks.
