In the larger scale of things I don't think the state of New York's delaying things is very important. Certainly Pennsylvania is taking advantage and picking up the slack. And Pennsylvania is getting the jobs and the tax revenues. But certainly there are important issues to study and work out. T. Boone Pickens says we are suffering from an ready-aim-aim-aim syndrome and never wanting to pull the trigger. But the problem is not on the supply end now. There is plenty of supply and it is growing in what seems like a parabolic curve. The problem is in the demand side. IE putting all this gas to work. So for now we can concentrate on the NG vehicles and NG fired generating plants.
