I have not listened to the conference call yet. The replay starts at 8:30 PM EST and runs until Friday 12 PM EST. In response to your question about earnings, I have heard that Q2 and Q4 are seasonally the strongest quarters. Since I have not heard the Call yet, you may have better info than me. Regarding PE, perhaps you should try to find other public companies in Aeroflex's markets and see what their relative valuation is, especially on a PSR basis. Good luck.
