RW, I know the general idea of a stimulus and how it's supposed to work, but it's kind of amuses me to see Obama and Biden talking as if the stimulus should have already had an effect.

How do you know that the stimulus is not having an effect? How do you know if things might not be worse without the stimulus? The stimulus was not intended singly to restart the economy.....its part of a bunch of measures that were implemented to do that job. And its working....albeit more slowly than anyone wants.
