John: Today was an O'Neill short term bottom indicator of significant size, obviously. The Farmer calls it a "blue bar." Lower low than the previous five days, close higher on volume higher than the previous day. Now, we start counting. A 1% move in the indices on volume higher than the previous day within a 3-10 day window from today will confirm the new uptrend. Not 2 days, not 11 days, 3-10.
