To bet on cash only is "nuts" as is putting a lot of money into a spec stock. Unless you are a gambler, preservation of capital can only happen via diversification. Got the bucks? Buy a farm which will sustain you in terms of food. Worst case scenario. Got the bucks? Hold tangible PM's. They may just bridge the gap. Got the bucks? Put some money into financials. They are far from done. 12 months is my guess and they will be toast. Got the bucks? Put some money into AG. Populaton growth speakes for itself. Got some bucks? Play the RR game. It's a small version of the GS game none of us can play on our own.
