My only regret at this point was for not piling into the Canadian banks when the yields got up near double-digit territory -- in retrospect I should have known that Carney would never let anything horrible happen to the Big Five and would take their underwater mortgages onto the BoC's balance sheet in exchange for cash and drop the losses onto the taxpayers (which he did, and continues to do, and will do more of in the future if things don't improve)

Other than that, no worries -- play a spec here, play a spec there, but no more betting the farm like back in 2004-2005-2006
